UPdated Blog Layout

I updated my blog sidebar. Yay! New pics of the boys, a cloud of list topics, updated list of blogs I read (plus I fixed the links of a couple that changed). I added two of my new favorite blogs I found recently. The first one I found via Pinterest because of some really cool hair pics. That blog is The Small Things Blog. The other blog is called I Heart Organizing. Hoping to get some good ideas from that one. Check them out!  Yesterday Andy got about 2 years of pics off his fancy camera and put the on the computer so I'll have lots of pictures to post in the near future. Don't worry. I won't post 2 years worth ;) .

Burritos

So here is the first recipe I tried from the new food blog - The Way the Cookie Crumbles. I made burritos on Tuesday for dinner. Everyone ate them up! Tyler didn't but he's still in a picky phase. I served them like a soft taco with lettuce, cheese, tomato, and black olives. Yum!

Can't Wait!

I'm getting so excited about our new house! I dread the packing and moving but it will be so worth it! I can't wait to be able to have people over again. I have really missed this- we just ran out of room and our house was so small that we basically had to stop having people over. We still had family over some but that's about it. I keep thinking of all the get togethers I want to have when we're settled into our new house. One of the things I think would be fun is to have a cake pop making party. It would be SO fun. I'm envisioning everyone bring different colored candy melts, lollipop sticks, sprinkles, and a baked cake...I think this could be really fun. I've spent my spare time reading all about cake pops on Bakerella's website. So cool. I've read the whole thing. She just started making cake balls, then they turned into cake pops. She is so creative! You've got to check out her blog! There are so many variations and cute ideas on her blog. She made some very cute ones for different holidays - easter, halloween, christmas etc. Fun! This picture is from Bakerella's blog.Wanna come to a cake pop party? Lovin' this new blog!

Are you familiar with the Chic Shopper Chick blog? I LOVE it! She reviews all kinds of stuff and gives away lots of great items! I have entered to win a great watch for Andy and a super cute purse for myself. She also reviews cool mom things you can get for your kids online and all sorts of great things. You can enter into her contests to win. Fingers crossed! A couple other posts from her blog that I liked or entered in a contest for are this one on Neat Solutions for moms and this one is cool too. But I also like this one. I could go on and on obviously! I'm so glad Sarah over at Bio Girl introduced me to this here blog!

* There is another new blog I'm loving. I found it this week too on my friend Sarabeth's blog. The new blog is called Annie's Eats and it is full of FABULOUS looking recipes. If I could cook like this girl my family would all be big and fat!! Her food looks delicious. I haven't tried any of the recipes yet but I definitely plan to! There is a cinnamon roll recipe Andy would love to have - maybe that would be a good things for father's day... sorry for that massive amount of links today!
