Running Again...

So a few weeks ago I started the Couch Potato to 5K running program. It consists of 9 podcasts, 1 podcast for each week. You do each podcast 3 times. So you run 3 times a week. Last night I ran week 3 for the 2nd time. Not too bad- they are easing me back into running. Hoping I can keep up with running after school starts. It's nice running with the podcasts because it feels like I have a personal trainer with me!!

So... are you going to run a 5K in the near future? I started back in December trying to get back into shape. I have lost 12 pounds since March and I am finally starting to get my running back. I was thinking about running the Komen race or something, just to give me something to work towards. If you are interested we could run together - I will be the one wearing the yellow cape.
About three weeks ago I ended up doing about 4 miles because I took a wrong turn and by the time I figured it out I was two miles from the house, oops... that is one way to get into shape.

ok, Nevermind - I just figured out am going to be in Nashville during the Komen race... but I would like to run something.
