Bean and Cheese Dip

Yum. Tonight I made this bean dip (scroll down until you see it) to go with our favorite chicken quesadillas. We have been eating the quesadillas for a while from Annie's Eats and love them. We don't grill them like it says in the recipe. Just cook them in a skillet. Now I love the bean dip too! It is really good and was very easy to make. Win-win!
