Pumpkin Dessert
Crust:
1 ½ sticks butter, melted
½ cup sugar
1 ½ rolls ritz crackers, crushed.
Mix together and press into 9x13 pan.
Filling:
2 cups plain pumpkin (it's the small can)
½ cup sugar
2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 cup milk
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Mix together till creamy then spread over cracker crust. Then top with 8oz Cool Whip. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
