So I am still working on the Couch Potato to 5K running program. I just finished week 6!! I am so proud of myself. I ran for 25 minutes straight. Each podcast always begins with a 5 minute warm up and a 5 minute cool down. They have truly kept me from being sore after my runs. I'm so glad these podcasts are helping me get back in shape - but I've still got a ways to go! According to the podcast the 25 minute run is equivalent to about 2 1/2 miles - almost to a 5K! I just have to keep making myself run! My sister is even doing the C25K now - yea Cara!
